Chocolate Granola

If you prefer to start sweet but still healthy into the day, you will love this chocolate granola. Without refined sugar, but lots of nutritious nuts and seeds, this chocolaty crispy muesli, prepared on our sustainable Blechrein Nature, is ideal for pairing with refreshing yoghurt or as a topping for Overnight Oats.

Ingredients:

100 g of oatmeal

80 g of mixed nuts

30 g of kernels

1 tbsp cocoa

3 tbsp olive oil

2 ½ tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix all the ingredients except the chocolate chips and spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with Blechrein Nature.

Bake granola for about 10-12 minutes until it turns golden brown.

Cool the granola until it gets firm and mix with the chocolate chips. Fill into a closed container and use as desired with yogurt or as a topping for Overnight Oats.
