Granola Snack Bars

These healthy granola bars without refined sugar are perfect for in between snacking and are thanks to Blechrein Nature a non stick easy baking process. That's how we like to snack.

Ingredients for 14 bars:

100g oatmeal

100g almonds

100g dried figs

100 g of dates

50 ml apple juice

4 tablespoons honey

Preparation:

Preheat oven at 190 °C.

Pulse figs and dates in a food processor. Add almonds, oatmeal, honey and apple juice and pulse again.

Lay out a rectangular baking form (35cm x 24cm) with Blechrein Nature and spread the mixture evenly.

Bake granola bars in the oven for about 20 minutes and allow to cool.

Cut into bars.
