Ingredients for 2 small or 1 large bread:
400 g flour type 550
100 g wholegrain flour
1 ½ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
1 packet of dry yeast
300 ml of water
Put flour with yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl. Add warm water and 2 tablespoons olive oil and use a kneading tack to make a smooth dough.
Put the dough in a bowl greased with olive oil and cover with cling film. Let rest in a warm place for at least 1 hour.
Cut the dough in half, shape into two round loaves and place on a baking sheet lined with Blechrein Nature. Cover with a damp kitchen towel and let it rest for another hour.
Brush the bread with olive oil and slice crosswise with a knife. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
Bake bread at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
