Tarte Flambée Buns

When things need to go fast and there is not much time left for cooking, these easy tarte flambée buns are just right. Prepared on our Blechrein Classic, they are always a pleasure.

Ingredients for 6 buns:

3 buns

300 g creme fraiche

100 g of bacon cubes

1 spring onion

50 g of grated cheese

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Cut spring onion into fine rings and mix with the creme fraiche. Season with plenty of pepper and a little salt (bacon is very salty already). Halve buns, spread generously with creme fraiche and spread with bacon cubes and then cheese.

Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
