Apple cake with cinnamon sugar crust

Since the apple harvest is more than generous this year, there is no way aroung baking a delicious apple cake. How about a particularly juicy cake that can score with a cinnamon sugar crust and not only looks pretty but is also foolproof to bake on our Blechrein Autumn?  

Ingredients:

350 g of flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

200 g brown sugar

1 packet of vanilla sugar

75 ml of oil

1 egg

250 ml buttermilk

2 apples

1 tbsp butter

100g sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 220 °C.

Stir brown sugar with oil, buttermilk, egg and vanilla sugar until creamy. Mix baking powder with flour and stir in.

Peel the apple, remove seeds, dice and carefully fold in the dough. Lay out a rectangular baking tin with a sheet of Blechrein Autumn and fill in the dough.

Mix sugar with cinnamon and butter and spread evenly over the dough. Bake the apple cake for about 30 minutes until it is golden brown.
