Raspberry Brownies

These juicy brownies taste heavenly chocolaty and fruity because of fresh raspberries and chocolate chunks. Baked on our Blechrein Fruits, this treat is pure bliss.

Ingredients for 12 pieces:

 185 g butter

185 g dark chocolate

3 eggs

215 g of sugar

80 g of flour

40g cocoa powder

100 g of chocolate chunks

200 g of raspberries

Preparation:

 Melt chocolate and butter over a water bath and allow to cool.

 Preheat oven to 180 ° C top (bottom heat). Line a rectangular baking dish (35x24cm) with Blechrein Fruits.

 Beat eggs and sugar until creamy with a mixer.

Carefully combine the chocolate mixture, flour and cocoa with a wooden spoon with the egg mass. Add half of the raspberries and chocolate chunks and stir.

Pour the brownie dough into the mold, top with remaining raspberries and bake for about 30 minutes.
