Raspberry Fanta Cake

We guarantee: Just as beautiful and bright as the sun shines on our Blechrein summer, shine the eyes of all of those who taste this delicious Fanta Cake. Spiced up with fresh raspberries, this delicious cake is definitely worth a sin.


4 eggs

240 g sugar

3 packets of vanilla sugar

250 g flour

125 ml vegetable oil

150 ml Fanta

1 packet of baking soda

2 cups of sour cream

2 cups of cream

2 packets of cream stabilizer

400 g fresh raspberries


Beat eggs with sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar until creamy. Add oil and Fanta. Mix the flour with baking powder and mix in well.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Lay out a baking tray with Blechrein Summer and fill in the dough. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the dough is golden brown.

Beat the cream stiff with cream stabilizer and mix carefully with sour cream and 2 sachets of vanilla sugar.

Fould 2/3 of the raspberries under the sour cream and spread evenly on the dough. Distribute the remaining raspberries on top and let the cake cool for a few hours.
