Juicy Orange Cake
This juicy Orange Cake is just right for cold winter days to provide us with a good portion of Vitamin C in the most delicious way ever. Baked on Blechrein Fruits, this cake is always a treat.
Recipe for a box shape:
200 g sugar
270 g flour
½ packet of baking powder
Vanilla extract or vanilla sugar
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Grate the zest squeeze the juice of the oranges. Mix the butter with the sugar and the eggs until fluffy and add the orange zest and juice. Mix the flour with the baking powder and mix in well. Add to taste a little vanilla extract.
Grease a loaf pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Fill in the dough and bake the cake for about 40 minutes.
Serve with icing sugar or icing.
