Chocolate Chip Roses
Winter is finally there and thus the desire for delicious Christmas Cookies. Therefore we start our Christmas Bakery with these crispy roses, which hide delicious chocolate chips inside. Baked on our Blechrein Winter an indulgence that is hard to resist.
Ingredients for about 25-30 cookies:
100 g of butter
75 g of powdered sugar
150 g of flour
50 g finely ground almonds
1 packet of vanilla sugar
85 g of chocolate chips
1/2 packet of baking powder
50 g cornflakes
Stir butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Add egg, flour, baking powder and ground almonds and stir. Carefully fold in chocolate chips with a wooden spoon.
Preheat oven to 180 °C. Form the dough into walnut-sized balls and roll into cornflakes until covered.
Lay out the baking sheet with Blechrein Winter and place the cookies on it.
Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Let the cookies cool and dust with powdered sugar.
