Cod on Fennel en papilotte

A healthy and above all pleasurable method is cooking in our Blechrein aroma packets. This delicious cod fillet on crunchy fennel not only stays super juicy but also retains its good taste.

Ingredients for 2 persons:

2 cod fillets

1 fennel bulb

10 cocktail tomatoes

1 lemon

olive oil

200ml white wine

a good fish spice

Pepper salt


Preheat oven to 200 °C.

Form 2 packets out of Blechrein White by tying the ends together with a drawstring.

Cut fennel and lemon into thin slices, halve cocktail tomatoes.

Season the vegetables with olive oil, pepper and salt and pour into the packets.

Rub the fish fillets with olive oil and season with fish spice and pepper. Place the fish on the vegetables and top with lemon slices.

Pour over some white wine and cook the fish packets in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
