Spaghetti with Shrimps al cartoccio
You can’t serve pasta in a more sophisticated way. These delicious spaghetti al cartoccio (cooked an aroma packet) do not only please your guests visually as a surprise package, they will also impress because of the fantastic taste. By cooking pasta in our Blechrein Trend, it really can absorb the delicious white wine sauce with all its garlicky flavors.
Ingredients for 2 persons:
200 g shrimp
10 cherry tomatoes
½ bunch of parsley
2 cloves of garlic
70 ml of white wine
Juice of ½ lemon
Make two packets of Blechrein White by tying the ends together with a drawstring.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. In the meantime finely chop the parsley and garlic, halve the tomatoes and fry everything in a little olive oil.
Deglaze with white wine and season with pepper and salt. Add the shrimp to the sauce and cook for a short time.
Drain the pasta, add it to the sauce still dripping wet and mix well.
Pour the spaghetti into the packets, drizzle with a little lemon juice and olive oil and cook for 10 minutes in the oven.
