Tortellini Al Forno with Bacon Crumble
Tortellini al forno with Bacon Crumble, a dinner for the whole family. Spinach ricotta tortellini make health-conscious moms happy, children will indulge in the creamy-cheesy sauce, and meat-loving fathers will enjoy a crunchy bacon crumble on top. A family meal, prepared in our Blechrein Cook, which makes everyone fed up and happy.
Ingredients for 2-3 servings:
500g fresh Spinach ricotta tortellini, refrigerated
200 ml of cream
50 g creme fraiche
50 g mozzarella, grated
1 tsp Dijon mustard
125 g bacon
30 g of fresh Parmesan
1 slice of white bread
Mix cream with creme fraiche, egg, mozzarella and Dijon mustard and season with salt and pepper.
Cook tortellini in salted water for about 2 minutes according to the package instructions until they rise to the surface.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Drain the tortellini, place in a casserole dish layed out with Blechrein Cook and pour over the sauce. Crush white bread and Parmesan in the food processor and sprinkle over the tortellini. Cook in the oven for about 20 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
In the meantime, dice the bacon and fry in a frying pan without fat. Drain on kitchen roll.
Sprinkle bacon cubes over the tortellini and serve.
