Spicy Puff Pastry Snack

With our spicy minced meat in puff pastry, we do not only fire up every party concerning the taste, but also provide our party with a festive atmosphere thanks to Blechrein Party.


1 puff pastry sheet

300 g (11 ounces) minced meat

2 teaspoons Sambal Olek

1 tablespoon honey


1 egg




  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Mix minced meat with honey and Sambal Olek and season with salt and pepper. Roll out the puff pastry dough and cut into approx. 8 cm (approx. 3 inches) thick stripes.
  3. Place the minced meat on the stripes in portions and roll them up. Cut each roll again into 4 cm (approx. 1.5 inches) wide pieces. Place on a baking tray with Blechrein Party.

  4. Whisk the egg and coat the rolls with it. Sprinkle with sesame and bake for 20 - 35 minutes in the oven.
