Halloween Pumpkin Muffins

Trick or treat? We are definitely for treat and therefore prepared delicious pumpkin muffins with cream cheese frosting, which will not only delight little monsters and witches on Halloween, but will also make some adults very happy.

Ingredients for about 15 muffins:

280 g of flour

2 eggs

120 g of sugar

80 ml of milk

120 ml of oil

1 packet of vanilla sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1 packet of baking soda

250 g of pumpkin puree

300 g cream cheese

100 g of powdered sugar

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

 

Extra:

sugar pearls

Halloween decoration

 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Mix the eggs with sugar, milk, oil, vanilla sugar,cinnamon and the pumpkin puree. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in.

Cut Blechrein Black  into 12 x 12 cm squares, press into a muffin form and fill in the pumpkin dough up to half.

Bake muffins in the oven for about 15 minutes.

Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar and lemon juice and stir until creamy.

Let the muffins cool and spread with the cream cheese. Sprinkle with sugar pearls and add the Halloween decoration.
