Crunchy Granola

We are starting right into the day with this delicious crunchy granola, which can be spiced up according to personal taste with dried or fresh fruits.

Ingredients:

3 cups of oatmeal

1 cup of nuts (eg almonds, hazelnuts,   walnuts, cashews)

1 cup of honey

¼ cup olive oil

1 cup of seeds (eg pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)

1TL cinnamon

2 tbsp coconut flakes

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Mix oats with the nuts, seeds, coconut flakes and cinnamon in a bowl.
Add honey and oil and mix everything until no big lumps are left.

Place Blechrein Nature on a baking tray and spread the mixture on top and bake for about 15 minutes.

Allow the granola to cool until firm and store in a jar.
 
Enjoy with fresh fruits, yoghurt or milk.
