Blechrein Chunky Chocolate Muffins
So much chocolate - these juicy chocolate muffins will sweeten your day and they are a must for any chocolate fan. Not only is there a lot of chocolate on, but also in the muffin.
Ingredients for about 12 muffins
- 300 g of flour
 - 80 g of cocoa
 - 1 teaspoon of soda
 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
 - 1 pinch of salt
 - 100 g of butter
 - 250 ml buttermilk
 - 2 eggs
 - 150 g dark chocolate (roughly chopped)
 - 250 g of sugar

- Favorite sweets made of chocolate
 
Preparation:
Preheat oven 385 °F
- Mix soft butter with sugar and eggs until they are combined and stir in the buttermilk.
Chop the chocolate roughly and lift two-thirds under the dough. - Mix the flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt together and stir in.
 - Cut Blechrein Black into 12 x 12 cm squares, press into a muffin form and fill in the pumpkin dough up to half. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate. Bake muffins in the oven for about 20 minutes.
 - Let the muffins cool and add the decoration on top.
