Bread and Buns - Reader


This delicious party bread is perfect, as the buns stick only together as they should be, and do not stick on our Blechrein Nature. So this delicious bread is not only beautiful to look at, but will also please all your guests for sure.

Ingredients for 1 Party-Bread:

500 g (approx. 3 ½ cups) all-purpose flour

1 package dry yeast (approx. 7 g/1 ¾ teaspoons)

1 teaspoon white sugar

1 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons olive oil

300 ml (1 ¼ cups) warm water

1 egg

Sesame, poppy seeds, other seeds, cheese


  1. Mix yeast with water and sugar and let it rest 5 minutes. Combine flour with salt, add yeast mixture as well as oil and knead well.
  2. Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover it with plastic wrap and allow it to rise in a warm place for approx. 30 minutes.

  3. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

  4. Divide the dough in 8 or 16 pieces and form these to round-shaped bread rolls. Put our Blechrein Nature in a tin pan and place the bread rolls in there close to each other.
  5. Whisk the egg, butter the rolls with the whisked egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds, sesame, other seeds and/or cheese as you like.

  6. Bake the party sun 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
