Tarte Flambée with Peaches
We made this summer's popular Tarte flambée with the unbeatable combination of goat cheese and peaches. So delicious!
Ingredients for 1 tarte flambée:
1 tarte flambée dough from the refrigerated shelf
200g goat cream cheese
4 sprigs of thyme
2 tablespoons honey
Preheat the oven to 220 °C.
Lay out a baking tray with Blechrein Classic and roll out the tarte flambée dough.
Spread the goat cheese evenly on the dough and season with salt and pepper.
Halve the peaches, core them and cut them into fine slices. Spread the peach slices on the goat's cheese and sprinkle with thyme leaves.
Bake the tarte for about 15 minutes until the dough is golden brown. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of honey if desired.
