Roasted Shrimps with Sriracha Dip

These tasty shrimps are roasted in the oven on our Blechrein Black, leaving them wonderfully aromatic and juicy. Arranged on our Blechrein Black, they are also an absolute eye-catcher and taste just incredibly delicious with our spicy Sriracha dip.

Perfect as a starter or party food.


Roasted Shrimps with Sriracha Dip

Preparation for 4 persons:

½ lb (250 g) shrimp

2 tbsp olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian herbs

1 tsp hot pepper

5 tbsp sour cream

1 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp Sriracha sauce

2 tablespoons chopped coriander



1. Preheat the oven to 220 °C (428 °F).

2. Season shrimps with olive oil, Italian herbs, paprika, pepper and salt.

3. Lay out a baking tray with Blechrein Black and spread the shrimps evenly on it.

4. Roast shrimps in the oven for about 15 minutes.

5. Mix the sour cream with ketchup, Sriracha sauce and 1 ½ tablespoons of coriander and fill in a small bowl.

6. Arrange shrimps on a plate with Blechrein Black, sprinkle with the remaining coriander and serve with the dip.
